Procurement teams often work across disconnected documents, trackers, portals and approval routes. The project explores how those activities can be brought into one governed platform while keeping authority, supplier and evaluator responsibilities clearly separated.

A practical response to the problem.
A full-stack system designed around public-sector procurement operations and Procurement Act 2023 workflows, connecting opportunity publishing, evaluation, supplier participation, contracts, reporting and administration.
