PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information, handled with care.

This notice explains what GADAMSIE Freelance collects through this website, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated 8 August 2026

Who is responsible

GADAMSIE Freelance is the controller for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the secure enquiry form; begin the message with “Privacy request”.

Information collected

The enquiry and consultation forms collect your name, organisation, email address, service interests, message and any consultation timing you provide. The service also processes short-lived, keyed technical fingerprints and security events to prevent abuse. Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in the application security log.

Cookieless website analytics record public page paths, successful enquiry events, referral domains, broad device and browser categories, campaign labels and country codes supplied by the delivery network. A keyed visitor fingerprint is used for estimated unique counts; raw IP addresses and complete browser identifiers are not stored. Portal activity and form contents are excluded, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

Why it is used

Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, take steps you request before entering a contract, arrange work, protect the service and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, and legal obligations where applicable.

Who processes it

Infrastructure and authentication are provided through OpenAI and its hosting providers. Selected project or task context is sent to OpenAI only when the administrator deliberately runs an AI-assisted workspace task. Client deliverables cannot be sent from the AI Operations Centre without administrator review and approval.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Records connected to an active client relationship, contract, legal requirement or dispute may be retained longer for the relevant purpose. Security-event and website analytics records are automatically limited to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.

International processing

Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, the responsible provider’s contractual and legal transfer safeguards apply.
